The line for dough dividing is made up of:

SQUARE DIVIDERS - mod. SPQ: for dividing dough for baguette and long loaves;
HEXAGONAL DIVIDERS - mod. SPE: for dividing dough for puffed and rolled bread;
DIVIDER-ROUNDERS mod. DIRO: for dividing and moulding rounded bread dough.

Technical features:

All models are available in automatic, semi-automatic and manual versions;
Oven-painted electro-welded steel structure;
Bowl and blades of stainless steel 18/10 (mod. SPQ –SPE);
Blades of stainless steel (mod. DIRO);
Supplied with pressers of acetal resin for food purpose (mod. SPQ –SPE);
Supplied with plates of polycarbonate for food purpose (mod. DIRO);
Conformity to CE norms.
