The MAG-ES spiral mixers are solid and professional machines supplied with two motors, one for the spiral and one for the bowl, which rotates in both directions. They are suitable for mixing any leavened dough or dough for baked products (excluding mixtures with less than 50% humidity). A hydraulic unit controls the lifting and descent of the head of the machine. The bowl-trolley is securely held in place against the machine by a reliable electromagnet. The bowl rotation is given by a special thrust roller assembly composed of rubber friction wheels. The border of the bowl is milled so as to assure the necessary grip even with fatty mixtures.
