Domino HOST 2019
The 41st edition of HOST, the International Hospitality Exhibition, ended with great satisfactions and the confirmation that the quality we provide always meets our customers’ requirements.
Of all the 171 Countries participants, we surely brought up the name of our Bel Paese, constantly looking for technological innovation and creation of machines that facilitate the labs’ productions all over the world.
Furthermore, in 2019 many of our machines underwent improvements and upgrades, always trying to pursue our main goal: to combine creativity and innovation.
Here are some examples:
TUFF 60 HYDRO with TOUCH:
very versatile machine, suitable for high hydrated dough, thanks to the double inverter with the possibility to vary bowl speed and arms speed.
Furthermore, when the machine is off, it is possible also to get the bowl and the arms turning with pulse in both directions.
In this version you can choose between the manual function (with time, arms speed and bowl speed selection) and the automatic function ( save a maximum of 5 work phases, personalize time and speed and store different receipts).
TWINTECH 40 with DIGITAL SPEED AND TIMING:
equipped with variable speed with inverter and timing, both controlled by a digital display.
MAMA 120 TOUCH:
TOUCH version of the fermenter for the liquid natural yeast; the main modification is about the language setting. Also, this model has the PLUS function: during the “conservation” phase you can set the yeast temperature, in order to have it ready at the moment of tapping.
