Double arm mixers

TWINTECH is a patented double-arm mixer, featuring a number of significant innovations in comparison to traditional mixers. Firstly, it guarantees greater efficiency and is more environmentally-friendly because there is no oil required on the gears. In fact TWINTECH features techno-polymer gears that do not require oil, offering advantages in terms of service life and silent operation. TWINTECH performs 40 strokes/minute in the first speed and 60 strokes/minute in the second speed. The standard features of all double-arm mixers produced by Domino include AR guard, self-braking motor and elements moving on ball bearings. TWINTECH mixers are also equipped with stainless steel arms; with models 45 and 55 one arm is height adjustable to make it easier to remove the dough from the bowl. Various colors are available to complete the care we put into the design of this double-arm mixer, a crucial tool in bakeries, confectioner’s and pizzerias that love to combine function with aesthetic appeal.

Double arm mixers

TUFF double arm mixers are machines that guarantee high quality of the finished product, thanks to the movement of the two arms, which incorporate oxygen into the dough and reduce overheating to a minimum. TUFF double arm mixers feature a traditional operating system with two-speed self-braking motor and come in capacities from 46 to155 kg. (with TUFF HYDRO models from 45 to 110 kg.) They feature painted steel frames, fixed bowl, stainless steel bowl and arms, AR guard and wheels. Gears are in oil-bath. The moving shafts are installed on ball bearings. On request the Tuff mixer can be supplied with one or two timers. This mixer also comes in a range of colors for people who want to combine maximum function with an innovative and appealing design.

Planetary Mixers

The SMART line of planetary mixers was designed to process dough suitable for the production of pastry goods, bread and pizza. They come in 4 different models, depending on the bowl capacity, to fulfil diverse production requirements. Each planetary mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl and standard tools: a whisk, a blade and a spiral hook. Unlike the smaller models, the SMART 40 / 60 / 80 planetary mixers are equipped with a lever to move the bowl up and down and a plastic AR transparent guard to monitor the dough in every phase and make the subsequent planetary mixer cleaning operations easier. The care for the design is what completes there planetary mixers, crucial work partners, that are a must in bakery workshops, confectioner’s and restaurants.

Two-motor spiral mixer

MAG spiral mixers are solid and sturdy machines with two motors, one for the spiral and one for the bowl. They feature a large power reserve with contained overall dimensions and maximum output. The great reliability and the construction features of this spiral mixer produce perfect dough, in either small quantities or the maximum allowed amount. The stainless steel bowl and spiral guarantee easy cleaning and long service life. Maintenance is extremely limited. MAG two- motor spiral mixers come in 40 a 200 kg dough versions. They feature self-braking motors and are built on two wheels.
